**Happy Holidays!**
On behalf of the staff at Fox Run Golf Club, we wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season. It has been our privilege to serve you this 2025 season, and we hope that each experience at the Club has been exceptional.
This year, we have initiated an Employee Holiday Fund for those who would like to show their appreciation to the staff during the holiday season. If you wish to participate, please complete the bottom portion of this letter.
There are two payment options available: you can either give cash or have the amount billed to your account. If you prefer the latter, please email me directly at pol@foxrungolfclub.com.
All contributions will be distributed to our employees, not to any department heads. For example, those who will benefit from the donations include Tom, Kayla, Chef Travis, Bill, Chan, Bailor, and others.
To ensure timely distribution, please submit your donations to me by December 25th. We aim to distribute the funds by the end of the year.
We are truly grateful to have served you in 2025 and look forward to continuing to do so for many years to come.
