Hello Fox Run Members,
As the 2025 golf season approaches, we would like to remind everyone of our Hours of Operations (starting April 1st) , Guest and Family House Rules.
Our house rules are available for your review on our Member Only website under the “Member” tab.
Golf Program:
Thursday Free Golf Clinics: Starting April 3rd, Zack & Bailor will conduct a free clinic every other Thursday 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm starting April 3rd through October 30th.
Saturday Play with the Pro (Zack & Bailor): Starting April 12th (John Patzman’s B-Day). Zack will send out a weekly sign up to participate in his Saturday morning game.
Hours of operations for the following departments:
Golf Course:
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 am – Sundown
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays – 7:30 am – Sundown
Golf Shop:
Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays – 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Dining:
Tuesday – Sunday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Breakfast Available Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 am
Fox Den:
Wednesday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Guest Fees and Restrictions
A member may host up to seven (7) guests at a time. Any groups larger than (8) must be approved by the Golf Shop. A member may also sponsor eight (8) Unaccompanied Guests at the Club. The sponsor member must appoint an individual accompanying the group to be responsible for proper conduct of all Unaccompanied Guests. This individual is required to report to the Golf Shop to receive a guest card upon arrival at the Club. The Golf Professional Staff reserves the right to host from time to time, any other guests at their discretion.
Accompanied Guest
$125 per round.
Per person maximum of 9 rounds per calendar year.
*$125 per round for the first 3 rounds (per calendar year)
*$175 per round for 4 through 6 (per calendar year)
*$225 per round for 7 through 9 (per calendar year)
Unaccompanied Guest
$250 per round with a maximum of 9 times per year.
Unaccompanied Guests, shall be required to start during the following times:
Tuesday through Friday – prior to 11:30 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays – after 10:30 a.m.
*Must be sponsored by an Executive, Junior Executive, Corporate Member and Second Club Members
Former members of Fox Run Golf Club will be tracked on a calendar year basis and are subject to the aforementioned guest fee policy.
Any exceptions or further restrictions shall be made at the sole discretion of the PGA Director of Golf.
Spousal, Children & Grandchildren Privileges (Executive Members only)
On Sundays after 2:00 p.m., immediate family members may play without a guest fee, but must be accompanied by an Executive Member. Immediate family includes spouse, children and grandchildren.
Children and/or Grandchildren under 12 are permitted on the golf course, practice facility and club house with approval from the Head Professional and must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Any member’s child over the age of twenty-two (22) must be with the member and will be charged the full-Accompanied Guest fee.
