We had a beautiful day for our 2025 Spring Member Guest, thanks to the great weather! The event featured a generous turnout with 14 two-person teams split into two flights of seven. Each flight winner, along with one wildcard team, competed in a two-hole shootout for the championship title.
The teams that advanced to the shootout were as follows:
– **Nicklaus Flight Winner:** Matt Sander / Andy Roth (-12, One Net Best Ball)
– **Palmer Flight Winner:** Dave Mangelsdorf / Ollie Crow (-9)
– **Wildcard Winner:** Charles Reneski / Steve Figueroa
During the first shootout hole, Ollie Crow placed his second shot within a foot of the hole, securing a net eagle. Meanwhile, the other two teams tied with net birdies. To break the tie, a chip-off was held, which Matt Sander and Andy Roth won.
On the final shootout hole (#9), Matt Sander and Andy Roth faced off against Dave Mangelsdorf and Ollie Crow. Sander and Roth posted a net birdie, ultimately capturing the title of 2025 Spring Member Guest Champions! Notably, this same team also won the 2024 Fall Member Guest!

– **Hole #6 (Members only):** Jared Wehner – 2 feet
