Hello Members,

As we approach our busy golf season, we want to remind you of some of our house rules questions we’ve had recently.

Second Private Club Memberships

Available to anyone who is currently a member in good standing of another private golf club within the St. Louis Metro Area.

Full Golf Course privileges Tuesday – Thursday, Friday players must tee off before 12:00 pm.

Full Practice Facility & Golf Lesson privileges Tuesday-Thursday, Friday (before 12:00 pm). 

Full Dining Facility privileges Tuesday-Sunday.

Maximum of 3 guests per month (at regular guest rates).

Membership capped at 25 members.

Guest Fees and Restrictions
A member may host up to seven (7) guests at a time. Any groups larger than (8) must be approved by the Golf Shop. A member may also sponsor eight (8) Unaccompanied Guests at the Club. The sponsor member must appoint an individual accompanying the group to be responsible for proper conduct of all Unaccompanied Guests. This individual is required to report to the Golf Shop to receive a guest card upon arrival at the Club. The Golf Professional Staff reserves the right to host from time to time, any other guests at their discretion.

Accompanied

$125 per round.

Accompanied

$150 per round for the first 3 rounds (per calendar year).

$175 per round for round 4 through 6 (per calendar year).

$225 per round for round 7 through 9 (per calendar year).

Per person maximum of 9 rounds per calendar year.

Unaccompanied

$250 per round with a maximum of 3 times per year. 

Must be sponsored by an Executive Member.

Unaccompanied Guests, shall be required to start during the following times:
Tuesday through Friday – prior to 11:30 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays – after 11:00 a.m.

*Must be sponsored by an Executive, Junior Executive, Corporate Member or Second Club Members

Any exceptions or further restrictions shall be made at the sole discretion of the PGA Director of Golf.

Spousal, Children & Grandchildren Privileges (Executive Members only)
On Sundays after 2:00 p.m., immediate family members may play without a guest fee but must be accompanied by a member. Immediate family includes spouse, children and grandchildren.

Children and/or Grandchildren under 12 are permitted on the golf course, practice facility and in the clubhouse with approval from the Director of Golf and must be supervised by an adult.

Any member’s child over the age of twenty-two (22) must be with the member and will be charged the full-Accompanied Guest fee.
